Recurring orders and payments

When you select a subscription, you agree to recurring orders and automatic payments at your chosen frequency. Your subscription continues until you cancel it.

Your price and delivery frequency are shown when you subscribe.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment or cancellation fee.

To cancel, email shop@velvetcookiehaus.co.uk using the email address associated with your subscription. Include your name and order number, if available.

Please cancel before your next scheduled payment to prevent the next order from being charged. We will confirm your cancellation by email. Cancellation requests take effect from the time we receive them, rather than when we reply.

Orders already charged

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.

If you also wish to cancel an order already charged, please tell us immediately. We will try to accommodate your request before preparation begins, in line with our Refunds, Returns and Cancellations Policy.

Problems with an order

Your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products remain unaffected by cancelling your subscription.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
